The Global Compact Network Malaysia is a not-for-profit organization that promotes the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) through a network of Malaysian companies and organizations. We encourage Malaysian companies to become signatories to the UNGC and be active participants in realizing the goals and objectives of the UNGC in Malaysia.

The UNGC has existed in Malaysia for over the past five years. Networking events have been held by UNDP and a series of events and activities was organized at the Securities Commission last year. Recent months have demonstrated that the reality of how Public, Private and Civil Society sectors in Malaysia are embracing CSR is converging with the conceptual strength of the GC. Now the Government, Businesses and Communities are beginning to fully leverage upon this global platform offered by the UN.
